The role of organization (school & colleges):
The role of organizations,
which is in this case, is the schools or colleges:
§ Maintain a healthy and
perfect environment which helps students to succeed in this education stage
with all the required tools and belongings.
§ Make the best learning
programs to increase the student’s knowledge.
§ Appreciate the best students
in a matter of excellence, creativity, and behaviour.
§ Communicate with the parents
to update them about their children and thank them for their care .This will
benefit them when they come in contact to falls on problems.
§ Put a suggestion box in a
viewed place and state it. Therefore, you get a suggestion from students and
staff to improve the education level. The freedom in giving ideas that
gives advantage to all related parties.
Teacher’s role:
You are as a teacher maybe
you have a very important and effective role, so:
v
Be energetic while teaching; don’t bring your problems
along with you. Don’t let your students see your anger or sadness (emotions).
v
Be the good model to your students in your behaviour
v
Use different methods of teaching so you can reach to
all types of personality in the class.
v
Make a time to discuss with your students about
their life and future to motivate them to do their best in their studies.
The time will be viable for both of you even if it take from the subject’s
time.
v
Motivate your students if they did something
special.
v
Give an opportunity to all students to
participate in the class.
The role of parents:
The parents have a main role
with cooperate with the organization especially in this time where the world is
a small village and students become affected easily with the external environment
so you should:
v Bring up your children with
morale and good values in them. It is better you do that instead they learn
other bad habits from outside. They don’t learn from being said, they learn
from seeing around.
v Discus with your children
about the school and their study. Discuss with them what they like and what
difficulties they face.
v Help your children in
understanding the homework by making them wondering and thinking about the
solutions. Don’t try to write it instead of them.
v Tell them success and more
stories this will make then gain the good behaviour and make them like learning.
v Let them chose whatever they
like to study. Don’t force them to choose subjects which you like because it is
their life but you can guide them and give them ideas about the opportunities
in the life for each subject. On the other hand, it will strengthen their
personality if they learn to take a decision from their childhood.
v Communicate with your
children’s school to ask about their study and their behaviour in the school.
v Ask them about their friends
to be sure about their behaviour.
Student’s role:
You as a student play the main role if
you want to be successful in your life. All environments may be helpful factors
to support you but be sure that you are the only one responsible for your life
.Your roles at this level of your life are:
v
Respect your teachers and the science generally and
apply the good values in your life.
v
Be patient while learning and enjoy your study.
v
Be positive about your life and don’t search for
excuses to any failures. Deal with your weakness and learn from any mistakes in
your life. I remember some students in my school who were absent most of
the time. They didn’t care about their study. When I asked them,"Why they
were doing this?" they said, "Because they change some of their
teachers, so they are not feeling comfortable with the new teacher’s way of teaching. I
told them this is an excuse only. The humans are always different and everyone
has his or her own way of explanations. If you are going to be like this you
are the one who is affected and in great loss. You should adapt yourself to any
changes. We see that some students face these kinds of situations.
v
Acquire knowledge by reading and visiting others
places like companies, factories, and museums.
v
Participate in school or college activities, which
will increase your confidence and will add skills like communication and
critical thinking. In addition, it will bridge relations and friends. However,
you have to be careful of your time. Don’t spend more time and ignore your
study and you will lose excellent grade.
